Returns Policy

At Shaambhavi Food, we prioritize food safety, hygiene, and quality. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we maintain a strict No Returns Policy as outlined below.

1. No Returns

All food items sold on our platform are non-returnable. Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of mind
Taste preferences
Incorrect ordering by the customer
Delay in consumption after delivery

2. Exceptions (Incorrect or Damaged Orders)

While returns are not accepted, we may review complaints in the following limited situations:

Wrong item delivered
Item received in damaged or spoiled condition at the time of delivery

Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for review, you must:

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
Provide clear photo/video evidence of the issue
Share your order ID and contact details

Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be considered.

3. Resolution Process

Upon verification of a valid issue, we may, at our sole discretion:

Offer a replacement of the affected item, or
Provide store credit for future purchases

Cash refunds will not be provided.

4. Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for being available to receive the order at the provided delivery address. We are not responsible for:

Failed deliveries due to incorrect address or contact details
Quality issues arising from delayed acceptance of the order

5. Food Safety Disclaimer

Once the order is delivered, proper storage and handling become the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for any deterioration in quality due to improper storage conditions after delivery.

6. Compliance with Indian Regulations

This policy is designed in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including food safety and hygiene standards. As a food business operating in Odisha, we adhere to relevant guidelines but maintain strict limitations on returns to ensure safety and quality control.
